Your goal is to assist customers, understand their needs, present suitable vehicle options, and close sales to help meet showroom targets. This role includes customer interaction, product explanation, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. ## 🧠 **Key Responsibilities** ### **Sales & Customer Engagement** ✔ Greet customers in the showroom and understand their requirements ✔ Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and promotions clearly ✔ Present car models that best match the customer’s needs ✔ Follow up with prospective customers via calls, WhatsApp, or email ✔ Convert inquiries into confirmed sales ### **Lead Generation & Follow-Up** ✔ Handle walk-in and telephonic leads ✔ Maintain and update customer information & sales status ✔ Follow up on hot leads to maximize sales closures ### **Documentation & Reporting** ✔ Assist customers with sales documentation & finance paperwork ✔ Ensure all forms and legal documents are completed accurately ✔ Keep records of daily sales activities and reports ### **Customer Service** ✔ Ensure excellent after-sales satisfaction ✔ Address basic customer queries and connect with service/finance teams as needed ✔ Build long-term relationships for referrals and repeat business 📌 *(Incentive bonus may be offered for sales performance depending on company policy) --- ## 👤 **Who Can Apply** ✔ 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred but not mandatory) ✔ Freshers or with 0–3 years in sales (automobile, retail, counter sales) ✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Polite, customer-focused, and goal-oriented ✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM helpful) ✔ A valid driver’s license is a plus (especially if test drives are part of sales) --- ## 💼 **Working Conditions** ✅ 6 days working (typical for dealerships) ✅ Day shift ✅ On-site showroom job ✅ Incentives or performance bonuses based on targets --- ## 📈 **What You’ll Gain** ✔ Hands-on experience in automobile sales ✔ Strong customer handling and negotiation skills ✔ Potential for higher earnings with incentives ✔ Career growth into Senior Sales Executive / Sales Supervisor roles
