Job Description

Car Finance Executive (Used/Pre-Owned Car Loans)

Location:

Kochi, Vishakhapatnam, Pune

Salary:

₹4 LPA – ₹5.6 LPA

Experience:

1+ years in a car showroom (preferred)

Full-timeWe are looking for a

Car Finance Executive

to join our team and assist customers in securing

in-house financing

for used/pre-owned car purchases. Your primary responsibility will be to

convert showroom customers into opting for our financing solutions

instead of external banks or agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers visiting the showroom and explain in-house loan options for used cars.
Guide customers through the loan application process, including documentation, eligibility checks, and approvals.
Build strong relationships with customers to increase loan conversion rates.
Negotiate loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options to suit customer needs.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs (if required) but prioritize in-house financing.
Achieve monthly loan conversion targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain records of loan applications, approvals, and customer follow-ups.

Requirements

Graduate (Any Stream)
1+ years of experience in car sales/finance (preferably in a used car showroom).
Strong negotiation & persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of loan processes, credit checks, and banking norms.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
