Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Captain at Zorba Entertainment Pvt Ltd, located in Delhi. The Captain will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during events, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, Additional responsibilities include ensuring event setups are executed as planned and addressing any issues that arise promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Food and Beverage and Leadership skills
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Organizational and Time Management skills
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities
• Experience in hospitality or event management is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
• A diploma or degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is a plus
