Job Description

Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the service staff to ensure excellent guest service, smooth operations, and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests courteously, ensuring a warm welcome.
  • Take orders accurately and ensure timely service.
  • Supervise waiters and stewards, ensuring service standards are maintained.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar for order delivery.
  • Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Train and guide service staff to improve performance.
  • Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and overall ambience.
  • Upsell menu items to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service protocols.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role in hospitality.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of F&B service standards and POS systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
  • Pleasing personality and customer-oriented approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
