Role Overview

As a Restaurant Captain, you will lead the front-of-house team, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences. Your role is pivotal in adapting to our ever-changing dining themes and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Engagement: Welcome and interact with guests, providing detailed explanations of the current dining theme and menu.(app.ismartrecruit.com)
  • Service Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the dining room staff to ensure prompt and courteous service.
  • Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage the service team, fostering a culture of excellence and adaptability.(app.ismartrecruit.com)
  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.(app.ismartrecruit.com)
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications
