Description

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product lifecyclefrom ideation and requirements gathering to launch and optimization.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with design, QA, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and enhance product value.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely releases.
• Analyze product performance, user behavior, and feedback to guide future improvements.
• Develop product documentation, feature briefs, release notes, and technical specifications.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure product scalability, security, performance, and quality throughout development.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (MBA is a plus).
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager within the tech or software industry.
• Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum).
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-impactful product decisions.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints.
