● Assist Candidate Success Managers with tasks such as updating candidate information
and informing internal teams of any escalated issues.
● Handle level 1 escalations that require a solid understanding of our documentation and
candidate support processes.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Basic understanding of customer support and/or candidate management.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● This is a full time internship opportunity so expect to work for 9 hours including 1 hour
of break and you should be available for a minimum duration of 9 months.
