About the Role:
The Candidate Success Executive will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and timely interview process by acting as the key coordination point between the evaluation team and the recruitment team. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive timely actions to support an efficient hiring workflow. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate between the evaluation team and recruiters to ensure interviews are scheduled and conducted on time.
• Follow up proactively with evaluators and recruiters to avoid delays in the hiring process.
• Track interview progress, maintain updated status reports, and flag any bottlenecks immediately.
• Ensure candidates receive timely communication and support throughout the evaluation and interview stages.
• Maintain proper documentation of evaluation outcomes and share updates with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist with resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring smooth communication flow between teams.
• Support overall candidate experience initiatives to enhance process efficiency and satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in any field.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or a similar role (freshers may also apply).
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets is a plus. What We Offer:
