Job Description

Job Description Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the campus recruitment process, including coordinating with universities and colleges, conducting recruitment events, and selecting top talent for various roles within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand the recruitment needs for different departments - Develop and maintain relationships with universities and colleges to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates - Organize and execute on-campus recruitment events, such as career fairs and information sessions - Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to identify the best fit for open positions - Manage the offer process and negotiate terms with selected candidates - Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Prior experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools Company Details: The company is a leading technology firm specializing in software development and IT solutions.
