Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Campus Recruitment specialist in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry, preferably with a background in campus recruitment. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions. Conduct career fairs, workshops, and events to promote our brand and services. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop targeted recruitment plans. Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve future campaigns. Job Requirements Strong understanding of the IT Services & Consulting industry and its trends. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines. A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
