Campus Recruiting Manager

Role Overview: As the Manager Campus Recruitment at BDO India, you will play a crucial role in planning and implementing campus recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for consulting and audit positions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with internal stakeholders, placement cells, and HR teams to ensure successful hiring from leading institutes. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and oversee the entire campus hiring schedule for CA and non-CA institutes in alignment with business requirements. - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Articles, Associates, and other entry-level roles, encompassing assessments, selection, and onboarding. - Establish and nurture strong partnerships with prestigious institutes and B-schools. - Work closely with business units to define hiring needs, timelines, and key performance indicators. - Coordinate pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews, and offer processes in conjunction with institutes and internal teams. - Develop engagement initiatives to enhance the employer brand on campuses. - Maintain comprehensive trackers, reports, and Management Information System (MIS) related to campus recruitment and onboarding. - Collaborate with internal HR and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless post-offer engagement and conversion process. - Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations throughout the recruitment journey. - Assist in shaping the early career hiring strategy, including managing internships, management trainee programs, and lateral hiring from recent graduates. Qualification Required: - 8-10 years of campus recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to hiring in consulting or audit firms. - Prior experience with Big 4 or top-tier professional services firms is desirable. - Proficient in project management, coordination, and communication skills. - Ability to confidently interact with senior stakeholders and campus representatives. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). - Willingness to travel for campus recruitment events as needed.
