Campus Recruiting Manager

As a Senior Manager at Coforge, your role involves designing and implementing a comprehensive campus hiring strategy for engineering talent across Tier 1, Tier 2, and regional/local engineering colleges. You will collaborate with business leaders and workforce planning teams to forecast campus hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders at engineering colleges, including placement cells, faculty, and student bodies, will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will drive employer branding initiatives through campus events, hackathons, webinars, and student engagement programs. Leading end-to-end campus recruitment processes, such as pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews, offer rollouts, and onboarding, is also part of your role. Managing large-scale hiring events across multiple geographies to ensure seamless execution and a positive candidate experience is crucial. Providing regular updates, dashboards, and insights to leadership on hiring progress, challenges, and market trends is essential. Qualifications Required: - 10-15 years of experience in campus recruitment within the IT services industry, with a strong focus on engineering talent. - Proven track record of managing large-scale campus hiring programs, including regional and local college outreach. - Deep understanding of the engineering education ecosystem, including relationships with top-tier and regional institutes (IITs, NITs, IIITs, state universities, etc.).
