Campus Recruiting Manager

We have an opportunity for Campus Recruitment Lead for our corporate office located in Chennai.

Looking for candidates with 9 - 12 years of experience in campus recruitment.

- Drive campus recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including full-time and internship requirements.

- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for designated campuses, maintaining strong relationships with placement officers and faculty.

- Organize and manage online assessments (Pre-interview screening).

- Travel to campuses during the recruitment season to represent the organization and ensure the smooth execution of drives.

- Manage feedback and offer rollout processes

- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the interview process and panel alignment for events.

- Take accountability of the newly hired employees.

Required skills & Experience:

• Looking for candidates with 9 – 12 years of experience
• Good communication skills
• Open to travel PAN India locations.
• Hindi speaking is mandatory
• Good in handling stakeholders/business heads
• Good in man management and understanding the hiring process.

Qualification : MBA
