Campus Manager Admissions

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring teams, working with young talent, and driving impactful outreach and enrollment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Admissions Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the admissions team to achieve monthly and yearly enrollment targets.
  • Monitor performance, offer training, and ensure adherence to admission protocols and communication standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize team productivity and conversion rates.

2. Student Counseling & Enrollment Management

  • Guide students and parents through the admissions process, program selection, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
  • Conduct career counseling sessions, admission seminars, and one-on-one guidance to support informed decision-making.
  • Ensure every prospective student receives an exceptional counseling experience.

3. Campus Outreach & Engagement

  • Represent the university at school/college visits, education fairs, seminars, and counseling events.
  • Build strong relationships with principals, career counselors, coaching centers, and other academic partners.
  • Plan and execute campus tours, open houses, and info sessions.

4. Strategy, Planning & Reporting

  • Create and implement high-impact admission strategies to increase lead generation and conversions.
  • Analyze admission data, track KPIs, and present regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Identify market trends, competitor practices, and student expectations to refine enrollment strategy.

5. Brand Promotion & Communication

  • Strengthen the university’s brand positioning among students and parents through well-planned outreach initiatives.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional content, campaigns, and digital outreach plans.
  • Ensure consistent communication and professionalism across all student-facing interactions.

6. Process Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end admissions cycle—from inquiry handling to enrollment closure.
  • Ensure compliance with university policies and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Optimize the use of CRM/ATS tools for lead tracking and follow-up management.
