Campaign Specialist

The role based in Delhi, IND has a preference for women candidates to fulfill the following responsibilities: You will be tasked with reaching out to potential customers as part of various campaigns. This involves providing an initial briefing on LMW products and services tailored to the specific customer segment and addressing basic technical inquiries. Your goal will be to generate prospects from these campaigns and establish criteria for transitioning them to the business development or sales teams. Additionally, you will need to maintain ongoing communication with customers to address their feedback and ensure the effectiveness of marketing activities within the respective zones. Your main responsibilities will include running campaigns through emails and calls to generate prospects for the Business Development Funnels and boost sales. It will be crucial to keep customers informed about new products and services while nurturing strong relationships with them. You will also be responsible for identifying potential customers based on predefined criteria, gathering essential information to support the business development team, and identifying new industry associations to foster business relationships within the zones. Furthermore, you will play a key role in maintaining marketing materials such as sales kits and catalogs at the zonal office, actively participating in marketing activities like exhibitions and roadshows, and updating the customer database. Regular updates on prospects/leads, daily calling activities, and sharing insights with the head office marketing team for customer connect programs will also be part of your duties.,
