Job Description

Digital Campaign Lead

Your main job responsibilities is to build marketing content delivery through push notification / e-Mail / SMS / Voice blasts campaigns, automation for e-Mail and SMS marketing, managing email and SMS databases and lead generation. Taking care of End to End Campaigns for all digital formats for B2C, not restricted to any.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify the target audience, grow our e-Mail / SMS list, and create e-Mail / SMS databases for lead generation.
  • Writing e-Mail / SMS / Voice Blast promotional content for U.S.A / Canada / Australia / Europe B2C Clients.
  • Coordinating with the UI Designers and Developers.
  • Worked on different email and sms tools.
  • Owning the promotions for E-mail marketing design.
  • First line coordinating with clients and other staff members to creating marketing campaigning content.
  • Analyze the promotions campaigns of previous schedule campaigns and understand the yielding of campaigns and planning for continual improvements.
  • Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts and follow up on interested respondents.
  • Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns.
  • Write, edit, and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns.
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
  • Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.
  • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
  • Monitoring and tracking the different types of lead funnels and its contributions.
  • Responsible for refining the lead scoring strategy and lead management process. 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelors or masters in marketing or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of digital marketing, marketing analytics, or email marketing experience, preferably in a related industry.
  • Have proven experience of managing B2C campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills written and oral.
  • Ability to track, measure, and report on results of email marketing campaigns to determine ROI.
  • Sufficient experience in marketing automation and content management systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data.
