Role Overview


The Campaign Operations Associate will play a key role in ensuring flawless execution of marketing campaigns for a leading digital entertainment platform. This role involves managing marketing tools, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to build, test, and deliver campaigns efficiently and accurately. The position requires adaptability, operational discipline, and a strong focus on quality in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities


Operations & Delivery

  • Build and execute marketing campaigns as per defined workflows and SOPs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns while maintaining productivity, SLA, and quality benchmarks.
  • Update workflow tools and trackers regularly for clear progress visibility.
  • Identify potential risks or delays and communicate them proactively to relevant stakeholders.

Quality & Process Excellence

  • Resolve customer-facing issues within SLA timelines and quality parameters.
  • Adhere strictly to SOPs and escalate any identified process gaps or documentation errors.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through process enhancements, automation suggestions, or Kaizen initiatives.
  • Participate in root cause analyses and support process optimization efforts.

Adaptability & Collaboration

  • Stay current with new tools, system updates, and process changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with overall brand and business objectives.
  • Remain flexible to work across rotational shifts based on business needs.

  • Operational Excellence:

    Ability to follow structured processes, manage multiple deliverables, and meet defined SLAs.
  • Quality Focus:

    High attention to detail and experience in error identification or quality assurance.
  • Process Orientation:

    Capability to identify workflow gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    Hands-on experience with workflow management tools, trackers, or campaign-building platforms.
  • Analytical Thinking:

    Strong problem-solving approach and contribution to root cause investigations.
  • Communication Skills:

    Clear, concise written and verbal communication for effective coordination and reporting.
  • Flexibility:

    Willingness to work in rotational shifts as required.
