This is a major role that requires exceptional campaign management skills with the flexibility to contribute to other areas of digital marketing as needed. Key Responsibilities: Execution of Paid Ads: Hands-on management and execution of paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Instagram, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Media Planning and Optimization: Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns to achieve the best performance and return on investment. Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of each advertising platform, staying updated with their unique features and best practices. Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in Excel for analyzing campaign performance data and creating detailed reports. Industry Experience: Proven work experience in sectors such as EdTech, eCommerce, real estate, and B2B industries. Staying Updated: Strong awareness of the latest trends, updates, and tools in digital marketing to stay ahead in the field. Additional Responsibilities: While the primary focus is on paid campaign management, the candidate should be open to working on other areas of digital marketing, including blogs, social media, email marketing, and any other related tasks as the need arises. Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing campaign management. Qualities We Are Looking For: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A proactive, detail-oriented approach. Flexibility and willingness to support various digital marketing activities. Adaptability and eagerness to learn and apply new techniques. Remuneration: CTC up to 4.20 LPA, based on experience and expertise.
