Campaign Manager – CSR & Celebrity Collaborations

About Us

• Plan, design, and execute physical and online campaigns to drive awareness of Dreamtime Learning’s initiatives.
• Collaborate with celebrities, influencers, and brand ambassadors to maximize campaign reach and impact.
• Manage public relations campaigns, including media partnerships, press releases, and event coverage.
• Oversee content creation and social media marketing, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
• Work with internal teams to conceptualize innovative CSR promotional activities.
• Measure campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize strategies for future campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with PR agencies, media houses, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and campaigns.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in campaign management, PR, or celebrity/influencer marketing.
• Proven experience in handling CSR or non-profit campaigns will be an added advantage.
• Strong network with celebrities, influencers, and media outlets.
• Excellent skills in social media strategy, content marketing, and digital campaign execution.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as per campaign requirements.
