Role Overview

This role requires someone who can think strategically, communicate effectively, and manage both internal and external stakeholders to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Ideation

  • Plan and develop campaign strategies focused on YouTube amplification, audience growth, and brand engagement.
  • Develop innovative campaign ideas, content strategies, and activation plans aligned with client objectives and audience insights.
  • Translate client goals into actionable plans and measurable performance KPIs.

Client & Cross-Team Coordination

  • Act as the

    main point of contact

    for clients understand campaign goals, tone, and deliverables.
  • Work closely with internal teams (design, strategy, production, and accounts) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Coordinate with creators, YouTubers, influencers, and vendor partners for collaborations, reviews, and seeding activities.

Creative & Content Execution

  • Guide and collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to ensure all creative assets (copies, statics, videos, etc.) meet brand and campaign standards.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the creative benchmarks expected of Cocoma Digital.

Performance Oversight

  • Monitor analytics and optimize live campaigns for cost efficiency and performance.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, share insights, and recommend optimizations.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports highlighting learnings, metrics, and actionable insights.

Pitching & Presentations

  • Develop

    compelling pitch decks

    , campaign strategies, and client reports.
  • Collaborate with strategy teams to present new concepts and growth opportunities.

Team Management

  • Supervise and mentor junior executives, ensuring quality output, creativity, and timely delivery.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration within creative and operations teams.

Requirements & Skills

  • 46 years of experience in

    social media marketing, digital advertising, or campaign management.

  • Proven experience in

    content ideation, campaign planning, and execution.

  • Strong communication skills confident, articulate, and client-facing.
  • Solid understanding of major social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
  • Ability to create visually appealing and strategically sound

    pitch decks and reports.

  • Excellent coordination, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Team leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate creatives.
  • Proficiency in

    Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Analytics

    , and campaign dashboards.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong creative instincts.

  • Experience in content seeding and creator partnerships.
