Job Description

As an experienced and strategic Campaign Manager, your role will involve leading and optimizing digital media campaigns with a strong emphasis on programmatic execution across both demand-side and supply-side platforms. You will need a combination of hands-on platform expertise, analytical thinking, and exceptional client service skills to excel in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Clearly communicate digital media strategies and the rationale behind campaign tactics to clients. - Plan, execute, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns across Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) like DV360 and The Trade Desk. Collaborate with Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) to enhance efficiency and inventory quality. - Manage large, high-priority client accounts focusing on performance delivery and strategic oversight. - Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and consistent campaign excellence. - Oversee the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign documentation, and setup to ensure seamless campaign launches. - Monitor and report on campaign performance, offering regular insights, optimizations, and recommendations for ongoing enhancement. - Work closely with DSP and SSP partners to ensure proper implementation, tracking, and inventory alignment. - Troubleshoot issues across pre-launch and live campaigns, aiming for minimal disruption and prompt resolution. - Lead quality assurance processes across all campaign components. - Generate monthly audit and billing reports, ensuring reconciliation with agency partners and finance when necessary. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (minimum three-year program). - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in programmatic campaign management, optimization, or digital media operations. - Hands-on experience with DSPs such as DV360 and The Trade Desk, and working knowledge of SSPs like Magnite, PubMatic, Index Exchange, or Xandr. - Proven ability to deliver performance outcomes through precise targeting and platform management. - Experience in client-facing roles, demonstrating strong risk identification and resolution capabilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to data accuracy. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Highly organized with robust project management abilities. - Team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset.,
