Job Description

The Digital Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online campaigns across various digital channels. The role focuses on performance-driven marketing, lead generation for interior design projects, audience targeting, brand building, and campaign analytics. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and highly organized with deep expertise in digital platforms.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaign strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage end-to-end paid marketing activities including budgeting, ad creation, targeting, and monitoring.

Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Drive high-quality lead generation for interior design projects.
  • Create and manage landing pages, lead forms, and conversion funnels.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance to achieve cost-effective lead acquisition.

Content & Creative Coordination

  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives, videos, graphics, and campaign assets.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brands tone, style, and premium positioning.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs and provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, and CRM dashboards to evaluate and improve results.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to refine campaigns.

Social Media & Brand Presence

  • Oversee the planning and execution of social media campaigns.
  • Suggest ideas for organic content strategy to support paid campaigns.
  • Maintain consistency of brand messaging across all digital channels.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with the Sales & Design teams to understand ideal customer profiles and improve lead quality.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers when required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing campaign management, preferably in real estate, interiors, or luxury services.
  • Proven expertise in running paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in performance measurement tools.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and creative coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
