Campaign Manager

Role Overview: As a Marketing Campaign Manager, your main responsibility will be to create integrated marketing campaigns tailored to specific market segments with the aim of acquiring new customers. You will supervise the execution, monitoring, and evaluation of these campaigns to ensure their success. Training Marketing Associates to effectively implement the campaigns will also be a part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Compile regular reports on the performance and results of campaigns - Communicate clear recommendations to your supervisors (Marketing Region/Project Head) in a timely manner - Continuously improve new campaigns using data and feedback from previous projects - Write and proofread marketing copy - Conceptualize and create designs for campaigns Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in communication, digital marketing, or a related field - Prior job experience in a similar role would be advantageous - Experience managing various lead generation platforms such as Social, Search, and Programmatic - Knowledge of running both B2B and B2C campaigns including Display, Video, and OTT - Ability to handle multiple marketing campaigns concurrently and stay updated on current marketing trends - Google Ads and/or Facebook blueprint certification is a mandatory requirement Additional Details: The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong command of Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, or other advertising platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proactive and self-starting attitude. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be beneficial in this position.,
