About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager who can assist in the Planning, Execution, and Optimization of our digital campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• The role will include conceptualizing, drafting, and executing campaigns on various platforms.
• Formulate segments & target pipelines suited to each of the categories and campaigns.
• Running campaigns on Paytm properties and other digital paid media.
• Measurement of campaign performance and maintaining performance data.
• Coordinating with various stakeholders for creatives, campaign segments, data analytics, etc.

Requirements:

Promo- Operation

1. Seeking an individual with 1+ years of hands-on experience in Growth Operation.

Good understanding of Marketing Automation tools like Clever tap etc.

Strong Hand Holding of CT campaign, Segmentation & Dashboards

3. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams

4. Strong ownership of outcomes.

5. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, Experimentation approach and communication skills.
