The Campaign Coordinator will be supporting planning, executing, monitoring, and closing campaigns and outreach programs. This includes managing logistics, interacting with academic institutions and stakeholders, ensuring effective program delivery, and generating MIS reports to track progress and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, plan, and implement outreach and awareness campaigns as per project objectives.
Develop campaign schedules, communication plans, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth execution.
Monitor campaign progress and make adjustments as needed for maximum reach and effectiveness.
Develop detailed project plans and ensure timely execution of activities.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
Maintain documentation of all activities and outcomes.
Plan and organize logistics for campaign activities such as events, workshops, seminars, and roadshows.
Arrange transportation, accommodation, materials, and other resources required for smooth operations.
Ensure on-ground support for field teams and troubleshoot logistical issues promptly.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and training centers.
Coordinate with institutional heads and faculty to organize and conduct campaigns and events.
Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and partner institutions.
Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, reach, participation, and impact.
Present insights and recommendations based on data analysis to the management team.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all reports.
Strong project and program management skills.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
Good understanding of data analysis and MIS reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or MIS software).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with academic stakeholders.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Flexibility to travel as required for campaign execution.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in campaign management, outreach programs, or similar roles.
Experience in interacting with educational institutions is an advantage.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel extensively.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and data reporting tools.
