Why are we looking for you: As a Campaign Analyst you will be responsible for building digital display campaigns in accordance with the client strategy outlined in each ticket request, processing various kinds of reporting activities and performing e2e campaign management activities in Citrus user interface
You will configure campaign settings, creative assets to ensure that campaigns will function and deliver successfully once activated
Campaign Analysts collaborate with internal teams throughout the campaign launch cycle to define the optimal implementation strategy, communicate campaign build status, resolve errors, and troubleshoot issues
As you grow in this role, you ll contribute to streamlining implementation guidelines by identifying process improvements, platform automation opportunities and testing new user interface functions in our tools and applications
You ll be the final and essential step in the Client Lifecycle for activating new digital media campaigns

Monitor assigned campaign ticketing queue and prioritize tickets for daily implementation and processing with necessary trafficking Working for digital media campaigns, including campaign settings, Media planning, creative trafficking, and troubleshooting, campaign optimization
Work on presenting the delivered data in a predefined excel reporting templates which include various retailer specific reports
Conduct a peer QA of the campaign to ensure that all details are set up per the ticket request for internal team validation Provide platform enhancement recommendations that improve workflow and user s campaign implementation experience
