Location: Faridabad

Eligibility & Experience

● Graduate degree in any discipline.

● Minimum 3 years’ experience in photography & videography — including event

coverage, feature shoots, marketing promos, and/or teaching filmmaking at the

university level.

● Proficiency in video production (shooting, lighting, audio setup, pre-production).

● Working knowledge of design & editing software is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan and film video content using creative, contemporary visual storytelling

techniques.

● Cover school events through both photography and videography.

● Handle basic lighting setups, audio production, and pre-production requirements for

studio and field shoots (both pre-recorded and live).

● Mentor school teams on photography & filmmaking projects if needed.

● Adapt shoot style for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).

● Shoot in both vertical and landscape formats, including mobile videography &

photography

● Operating gimbals effectively is an added advantage.

● Manage data (footage, raw files, transfers) for post-production.

● Prepare regular maintenance and equipment reports; assist in repair/upkeep of Media

Shala studio.

● Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and evolving formats.

● Capture candid moments in school events

Skills Required

● Strong knowledge of camera operations, audio-visual equipment, and production

tools.

● Drone photography/videography is an added advantage.

● Ability to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on AV

equipment.

● Excellent time management, scheduling, and organizational skills.

● Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with students, teachers, and team

members.

● Creative eye with attention to detail and storytelling.
