Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Caller role based in Gurugram. The Caller will be primarily responsible for contacting potential and existing clients to promote real estate services, responding to inquiries, and providing exceptional customer support. The role involves managing outbound calls, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and building relationships with a range of clients, including high-profile stakeholders. The Caller will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication and lead generation efforts, contributing to the firm's sales and customer engagement targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills to effectively engage with a diverse range of clients.
  • Customer relationship management and lead generation experience, with proficiency in maintaining accurate records using CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with excellent organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in real estate sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of the real estate market, specifically in residential and commercial properties, is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and an understanding of sales processes.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a professional demeanor and a client-focused mindset.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; additional language skills are an asset.
