Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, based in Dadri. The Telecaller will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer support, handling customer inquiries, and offering product details to potential and existing clients. The role also involves building a strong rapport with customers, maintaining records of interactions, and achieving pre-defined sales or service targets.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills, fluency in Hindi and English, and confidence in engaging with customers
• Effective time management, organizational abilities, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, telecalling software, and basic computer skills
• Prior experience in customer service, telecommunication, or sales roles is a plus
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer concerns and queries professionally
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and goal-driven
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; a Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred
