Your primary responsibilities will include contacting potential or existing customers using scripts to inform them about our products and services. You will need to possess excellent communication and active listening skills to effectively address customer inquiries and understand their requirements. Utilizing your sales and negotiation skills, you will aim to persuade and convince customers while maintaining a high level of customer service.
