About the Role:

Telecaller – Travel Packages

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads interested in domestic and international travel packages
• Understand customer travel preferences and suggest appropriate travel plans/packages
• Explain itinerary details, inclusions, pricing, and booking terms clearly and persuasively
• Follow up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to drive conversions
• Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns promptly
• Maintain accurate and updated customer records in CRM tools
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, ticketing) to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in travel or hospitality
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English
• Good knowledge of popular travel destinations, itineraries, and package components
• Confident in addressing objections and converting leads to bookings
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Proficient with CRM systems, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in B2C travel sales or working with online travel agencies (OTAs)
• Knowledge of additional regional languages (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong passion for travel and customer interaction
