We’re Hiring – Telecaller (Travel Packages) Location: Noida Job Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 1 year Industry: Travel & Tourism (mandatory) About the Role: Join our growing travel platform as a Telecaller – Travel Packages . You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, assisting them in planning and booking curated travel experiences. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a strong customer-first approach. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads interested in domestic and international travel packages Understand customer travel preferences and suggest appropriate travel plans/packages Explain itinerary details, inclusions, pricing, and booking terms clearly and persuasively Follow up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to drive conversions Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns promptly Maintain accurate and updated customer records in CRM tools Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, ticketing) to ensure seamless service delivery Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in travel or hospitality Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English Good knowledge of popular travel destinations, itineraries, and package components Confident in addressing objections and converting leads to bookings Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Proficient with CRM systems, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations Preferred Skills: Prior experience in B2C travel sales or working with online travel agencies (OTAs) Knowledge of additional regional languages (preferred but not mandatory) Strong passion for travel and customer interaction Benefits: Competitive salary up to ₹25,000 per month with performance-based incentives Employee discounts and travel perks Opportunities for professional growth and skill development Supportive and dynamic team culture To Apply: Send your resume to hr@spasnextgen.com or message us directly on LinkedIn.
