Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Caller located in Agra with some work-from-home flexibility. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients, scheduling appointments, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of communications. The role also involves providing customer service and support, answering inquiries, and resolving issues as needed.
