Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller based in Chennai. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients, providing information about our financial services, responding to client inquiries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining client records. The Caller will also assist in gathering customer feedback and contributing to customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone demeanor
• Experience in customer service and client relationship management
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment
• Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
