We assist students in securing admissions to over 1000 universities in 30+ countries, including the UK, USA, Canada, Italy, Australia, and more. Our services extend from admissions and visas to expert coaching for IELTS.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller, located in Anand. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, providing them with information about overseas education opportunities, and guiding them through the application process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records of interactions, following up with leads, and coordinating with the counseling team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Experience in sales or customer service is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
