About the Role:

Veer is seeking exceptional communicators to join our emergency response team. This role is not a traditional call center job; it is a mission-critical position where your clear, calm voice provides immediate, life-saving medical guidance to individuals facing emergencies. You will be the critical link between a patient in crisis and professional medical care.

Core Responsibilities

• Life-Saving Tele-Guidance: Answer incoming emergency alerts and provide precise, step-by-step first aid and stabilization instructions (tele-guidance) to the caller, strictly adhering to our established medical protocols.
• Rapid Assessment: Listen actively and quickly assess the severity of the emergency and the patient’s condition based on the caller’s communication.
• Calm Under Pressure: Maintain absolute composure and clarity while guiding callers through high-stress, emotionally charged situations.
• Coordination & Dispatch: Efficiently coordinate with field paramedics and external emergency services to ensure the fastest possible on-site response.
• Adherence to Protocol: Strictly follow all Veer medical and medico-legal protocols and accurately document every incident.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in high-volume Voice Process, BPO, or Call Centre environments.
• Language Fluency (Mandatory): Exceptional verbal fluency and clear articulation in English, Kannada, and Hindi
• Skill Set: Strong active listening, high empathy, speed, and accuracy in data entry.
• Commitment: Must be highly disciplined and committed to following strict procedural guidelines.

The Path to Becoming a Life-Saver (Mandatory Training)

All selected candidates must commit to and successfully complete our rigorous, specialized Emergency Medical Tele-Guidance Training Program. This intensive internal course covers essential first aid, emergency medical triage, and strict protocol adherence. Your ability to master and flawlessly deliver these protocols will determine your success in this role.
