Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Manager located in Pune. The Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the call center, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing a team of call center agents, and analyzing performance metrics. The manager will also handle escalations, optimize processes, and maintain communication standards.
