Position Overview

The Call Center Executive will serve as the first point of contact for patients, doctors, and partner organizations. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about tests and services, coordinating appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with Lab IQ’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and respond to patient/customer queries regarding tests, packages, reports, and services.
• Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, report updates, and promotional campaigns.
• Accurately record customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with laboratory teams, collection centers, and logistics staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Escalate unresolved queries to the relevant department and follow up until closure.
• Provide empathetic, professional, and solution-focused communication at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient data and adhere to Lab IQ’s compliance standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Business).
• 0–2 years of experience in a call center, healthcare, or customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/Call Center software is an advantage.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
