Role & responsibilities

  • Manage call center operations, ensuring efficient handling of customer queries and issues.
  • Coordinate with hospital departments to resolve patient complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation of team members.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or industry (call center management).
  • Strong understanding of call center operations, hospital operations, and customer service operations.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers, patients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the call center environment.
