Call Center Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Share information about our our solar energy power sales.
  • Support the sales team with customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure smooth communication.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong

    communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in

  • Solar industry experience preferred.

  • Familiarity with

    MS Excel

    is an advantage.
