Role Description We are looking for a motivated Call Center Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will engage with customers, support solar sales activities, and help build strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls. Share information about our our solar energy power sales. Support the sales team with customer interactions and follow-ups. Maintain customer records and ensure smooth communication. Qualifications & Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Experience in customer support/service or sales . Solar industry experience preferred. Familiarity with MS Excel is an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving mindset.
