Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Call Center Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Make
regular outbound calls
to potential consumers.
Clearly explain the benefits of renewable energy and our power supply solutions.
Maintain proper records of all calls and interactions in
Google Workbook / CRM
.
Follow-up calls to ensure continuous engagement with potential consumers.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in
English and Tamil
.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn.
Freshers with a keen interest in renewable energy are welcome.
Previous experience in solar or energy sector is a plus.
Comfortable working with
Google Workbooks / basic spreadsheets
.

Training:

On-the-job training will be provided for renewable energy solutions and industry insights.
