The role involves making feedback calls to customers and recording their responses in the system. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound feedback calls to TVS customers. Record responses accurately and maintain call logs. Follow calling scripts and process guidelines. Achieve daily/weekly call targets and maintain call quality. Report call feedback and escalate customer issues when required.
