Job Title:Call Centre / BPO Executive – TVS Feedback Process Company:Media Tech Temple – Digital Marketing & IT Solutions Company Location:Work From Home Job Type:Full-time (Work From Home) Job Description:We are hiring Call Centre Executives for the TVS Feedback Process. The role involves making feedback calls to customers and recording their responses in the system. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound feedback calls to TVS customers. Record responses accurately and maintain call logs. Follow calling scripts and process guidelines. Achieve daily/weekly call targets and maintain call quality. Report call feedback and escalate customer issues when required.
