Job Description

As an Executive - Operations at our Jaipur office, you will be responsible for handling customer service via chats/calls, managing and maintaining clients, and meeting customer expectations. Your key responsibilities include: - Supporting and providing customer service via chats/calls. - Handling customer queries effectively. - Building and maintaining relationships with client accounts for repeat business. - Answering servicing questions and providing prompt solutions. - Being polite in calls and maintaining call quality throughout the day. - Handling operations part based on customer requests. - Keeping records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken. - Referring unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated authorities. - Adding new clients and retaining existing ones. - Making reports on Excel, working on portals, and Google sheets. - Taking orders and creating invoices for finalized ones. In this role, you will make an impact by: - Delivering extraordinary care to American Express customers with a variety of requests. - Building meaningful relationships through consultative questioning. - Enhancing customer experience by offering products based on their needs. - Offering custom solutions and negotiating positive outcomes. - Meeting quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets. - Documenting necessary information and adapting to the ever-changing environment. Qualifications and Skills required: - Undergraduate/Graduate/Postgraduate. - Workplace flexibility for part or full-time with shift flexibility requirements. - Prior international call center experience for Graduate or Undergraduate applicants. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with multitasking skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Analytical mind, attention to detail, and knowledge of Amex card products preferred. - Demonstrated consultative experience, ability to influence, and resourcefulness.
