Hues of Designs is looking for a Telecaller / Lead Engagement Executive to join our growing team.

Location: DELHI NCR / Remote

Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and engage with incoming leads from multiple channels.

• Explain services clearly and address client queries.

• Build strong relationships through follow-ups.

• Maintain lead data in CRM and share insights with the team.

• Work towards weekly and monthly conversion goals.

• Excellent verbal communication (English/Hindi)
• Confident, persuasive, and people-oriented
• Prior telecalling/customer service experience preferred
• Self-motivated and target-driven
