Role Overview We are seeking professional and articulate call agents based in India to support our student outreach and eligibility screening efforts. As a call agent, you will engage with prospective students, assess their suitability for our programs, and guide them through the initial stages of the admissions process. Key Responsibilities Contact prospective students using leads provided by UniUpp Clearly explain program options and admissions pathways Conduct eligibility checks using a structured script Record and update student responses accurately in the system Build rapport and handle queries in a confident, professional manner Coordinate with the admissions team for follow-ups Candidate Requirements Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi or another regional language is a plus Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, BPO, or inside sales Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting A quiet work environment and reliable internet connection Familiarity with educational or admissions processes is an advantage Compensation Competitive pay structure (hourly, per-call, or performance-based) Incentives available for high-performing agents To apply, please send a message or submit your profile.
