In this role, you will craft short-form, engaging, and persuasive UGC scripts that resonate with UK students, encouraging them to explore university opportunities and access government-funded programs. Your work will directly influence UniUpp’s digital presence, engagement rates, and student conversion.

This is a creative, mission-driven position with structured support, enabling your ideas to have a real impact on student recruitment and awareness.

• Write compelling TikTok UGC scripts (30-35 seconds) targeted at UK students interested in higher education.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign concepts and creative storylines.
• Adapt complex higher education and Student Finance England information into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
• Ensure scripts are tailored to trends, TikTok’s unique format, and the UK student audience.
• Work closely with video producers, content creators and editors to bring scripts to life.
• Monitor and analyse engagement metrics to refine storytelling and content strategy.
• Maintain brand voice consistency across all content.

• Must be based in India.
• Proven experience writing TikTok scripts or other short-form social media content, preferably in the education or student-focused niche.
• Deep understanding of TikTok trends, creative formats, and audience engagement.
• Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with UK higher education, student funding, and Student Finance England is a strong advantage.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, design, and video production teams.
• Reliable technology setup, including high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
