We're expanding our operations team and looking for a skilled Calibration Incharge to take full ownership of department-level execution. 📋 Job Responsibilities Lead and supervise day-to-day calibration activities across multiple domains (electrical, thermal, biomedical, dimensional, etc.) Ensure timely and accurate report generation and delivery Guide junior technicians and ensure adherence to NABL/GEP standards Coordinate with back-office and customer care teams for scheduling Maintain equipment readiness, documentation, and compliance Participate in internal audits and inter-laboratory comparisons ✅ What We're Looking For Diploma/B.E. in Instrumentation, Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical, or related field 3–5 years of experience in NABL or ISO 17025-accredited labs Strong understanding of calibration procedures and uncertainty calculations Excellent team coordination and problem-solving skills Ready to work in a dynamic, time-bound environment 🎯 Why Join Prism?
