Who You Are You’re not just a supervisor; you’re the driving force behind our cafe’s daily operations. You thrive on organization, attention to detail, and maintaining a high standard of service, but you also know how to think on your feet when things don’t go according to plan. With at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe environment, you know what it takes to lead a team and manage multiple tasks at once. You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and always one step ahead when it comes to managing stock, setting up the store, and ensuring our front-of-house team delivers top-notch service. You’ve got exceptional communication skills and a solid understanding of POS systems, and you’re always ready to roll up your sleeves and get the job done. If you love keeping things organized while maintaining a fun, energetic vibe, we want you on our team. YOUR TEAM You’ll work closely with the Cafe Manager and front-of-house team to create an environment where both guests and staff thrive. Together, you’ll ensure every operation is smooth, the store is well-stocked, and the service is consistently excellent. Who You Will Report To You will report directly to the Cafe Manager, a leader who’s as passionate about customer service and team development as they are about mithai. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Team Leadership: Supervise and support the front-of-house staff, ensuring the team is well-trained and delivering excellent service. Operational Efficiency: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, manage stock levels, and help set up the store for daily operations. Customer Satisfaction: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. Cash and POS Management: Handle cash transactions and ensure the accurate use of the POS system. Collaboration: Work with the Cafe Manager to implement promotions, manage reservations, and optimize dining room operations. Skills & Experience You’ve got at least 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced food and beverage environment, preferably in a cafe or restaurant. You’re: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. A natural leader who can support a team and maintain high standards of service. Proactive and quick-thinking, especially when handling customer inquiries and operational challenges. Comfortable with POS systems and basic computer skills.
