Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cafe Manager & Barista located in Jamshedpur. Responsibilities include managing daily cafe operations, maintaining food and beverage quality standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role also involves overseeing inventory, coordinating staff schedules, promoting sales, and working alongside team members to prepare and serve coffee and other menu items. The manager will ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards to deliver a satisfying customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service, with hands-on experience in preparing and serving high-quality offerings
• Sales skills to promote products and achieve business targets
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Prior experience as a barista or in a food service management role is advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
